ORDERING ITEMS
All works from Stellar Threads are original, one-of-a-kind creations and can be custom ordered. Exact items shown may not be available for purchase, but a similar one of a kind item can be created for you. If you are interested in a product, please:
1. click on the order item button near that item. This will bring you to a
2. order request form that will allow you to request exactly what you would like. After you submit the form,
3. Julie will contact you about your order. Upon approval of the product,
4. please click on the Make a Payment link at the bottom of the site to make a payment for your product.
RETURN POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your Stellar Threads merchandise, please return it within 30 days for a complete refund. Custom made jackets and vests are not returnable. Used merchandise is not returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please send us an email alerting us of your return before you mail it. We will send you a Return Merchandise Permit number by return email right away. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMP number.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Allow 6-8 weeks for completion of custom jackets & vests. Allow 2-4 weeks on other custom items (depending on the complexity of the item).
COMMISSIONED & CUSTOM DESIGNS
See something in your mind's eye but don't see it on the site? Julie will create a one-of-a-kind piece based on your requirements and imagination. Contact Julie by email or phone to get her started on your masterpiece. Please note that a 50% deposit is required to begin all custom and commissioned work. Cancellation will result in forfeit of the deposit only. Personalized custom and commissioned works are not returnable..
CUSTOM GALLERY
Artist reserves the right to display photographs of commissioned and custom work in her online gallery — as examples only, not for sale. No owners names or personal information will be shared or displayed.
